Open Application
When you are ready to apply for an apartment you can begin the application process by selecting from one of the following options:
- You can visit one of our leasing centers and take a personal tour of our apartments homes. When you find the perfect apartment you can immediately fill out the rental application.
- Complete and submit the online application. Once your application is submitted you will be contacted by one of our Leasing Consultants.
- Print the on-line application and then fax it to one of our leasing offices:

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Application fees vary from property to property. You will need to contact the leasing office, in the area where you wish to live, for specific rules.
- Unfortunately, we cannot hold an apartment without a completed application, paid application fee and security deposit. A leasing consultant will be happy to assist you through the entire rental process.
APPLICATION APPROVAL CRITERIA
As part of our approval process, we require the following information and document from all applicants:
- Applicants must have a good credit history.
- The household income requirement must meet or exceed 3 times the monthly rent.
- A copy of a current paycheck is required. If you are self-employed, we require a copy of last year's W-2 form.
- An Employment Verification Form must completed by your payroll supervisor, human resource manager or personnel director.
- Each applicant must have good previous rental or mortgage history.
- A Rental Verification Form must be filled out by your present and/or past landlords.

Sometimes a Co-signer can strengten a rental application with limited,
but not adverse rental/credit history.
